Membership Procedure

For taking membership of the Samiti:
(a) Fill up a single page form in single Copy.(Download Membership Form)
(b) Get it countersigned by controlling officer.
(c) Paste photo of the nominees(s).
(d) Pay the membership contribution (one time) of Rs. 10,000/- (as mentioned below).
(e) Send the application form duly filled & countersigned to "The Secretary, RSEB Engineers Benevolent Fund Samiti, Dreamax Plaza, Room No. 204, Sahkar Marg, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur. From there it will be processed and Membershipship Number and Membership Card will be issued in around one month.
(f) Keep your Membership Card safely.

Membership Fee w.e.f. 01.08.2020:
(a) For new members:- Rs. 10,000.00 (one time)(Rs. Ten Thousand only).
(b) For existing members with monthly subscription of Rs. 100, if they opt for one time subscription:

Remaining Service Period	One Time Subscription
(i) Up to 4 years	Rs 2500.00
(ii) More than 4 years but upto 8 years	Rs 5000.00
(iii) More than 8 years but upto 12 years	Rs 7500.00
(iv) More than 12 years	Rs 10000.00

Payment of membership contribution:
One time subscription can be paid in the SBI Account number 51090664524 (SBI, Vidyut Bhawan, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur, IFSC code-SBIN0031866) in favour of Secretary, RSEB Engineers Benevolent Fund through:
(i) Internet banking or
(ii) Direct deposit in any SBBJ branch by Account Payee Cheque or
(iii) DD/ Account Payee Cheque, payable at Jaipur and should be attached with Application Form.
Note:- Proof of deposit of Amount through Internet banking / Direct Deposit must be attached with Application Form.

Part Payment of membership contribution
If someone wants to pay one time contribution of Rs. 10,000 through part payment, he/she can pay in two installment of Rs. 5000 each. Pay first installment as above through any mode and for second installment of Rs. 5000 a post dated (30 days from first installment) cheque should be enclosed with application form.

Regular Monthly Contribution Mode (Rs 100 per month from salary) has also been opened now and the new member can opt it. Fill up the Consent Form for deduction of monthly contribution from salary & attach this Consent Form with Membership Form. Deduction appearing in Salary Slip will be proof of Membership of the Samiti.

Change in Nomination
For changing the Nominee at any time after taking membership, member may apply to The Secretary RSEB EBF, Jaipur through the same application form and need to attach the original Membership Certificate(if issued) for correction.
